We worked in partnership with Cadogan Estates to carry out the reconstruction and fit out of this prestigious, five star hotel on London’s famous Sloane Street. The Belmond Cadogan underwent major demolition, façade retention and a full structural rebuild.

A highly complex period property restoration and refurbishment, which created 54 award-winning, luxurious hotel suites. The Cadogan is a traditional London hotel in the heart of Chelsea, which blends British charm with modern style, interior design. The building is known for its historical significance, boasting both Lillie Langtry and Oscar Wilde as former guests.
The entrance hall features the original floral mosaic floor design and 130-year-old wooden wall panelling, which was fully restored by BECK. The Adam Handling Chelsea Restaurant features carefully restored and replicated fibrous mouldings, designed by Lillie Langtree herself. A beautiful, bespoke Tea bar was hand crafted by the skilled team in our on-site workshop. Finally, the guest suites enjoy bay windows with banquet seating and bathtubs which overlook the Cadogan gardens.
