The Cadogan Hotel sits in the heart of Chelsea, located in a beautiful 19th century building.
The complex refurbishment of this period property involved extensive, internal temporary works. Mini piles, ground beams and 275 tonnes of temporary steel were used, all of which were fed through the existing internal structure, prior to commencing the major demolition works. At one point during the dig, it was commented that the site could have been mistaken for an old Roman colonnade.
