For this project, the 9th floor was demolished to create two new levels. A structure was then built to house a stunning, new, contemporary penthouse suite.

The project involved an extensive cut and carve refurbishment throughout, incorporating new lift shafts, MEPH plant rooms and a complete renovation of all internal and external areas.
