Home Grown Club is an exclusive private members club aimed at high growth entrepreneurs from the team behind London’s Home House. The club is comprised of four Grade II listed, six storey, Georgian townhouses and it was of the utmost importance to respect the heritage status of the buildings during this project. Each floor timber was lifted, numbered, refurbished and reinstated in the same position.

The façades and lightwells were restored, new doors and windows were installed and a mansard roof extension with dormer windows was created, all in full compliance with heritage planning. The brief also included restoring and reinstating lost architectural features from the Regency period. We restored the Portman stone balcony on number 44 Great Cumberland Place and reintroduced three matching balconies on the other townhouses, complete with feature Portman Stone corbels and decorative metalwork balustrading.
The internal refurbishment of the entire building created 35 stunning, boutique bedrooms, business lounges, a bar, pitching suites, a restaurant and catering facilities. Bespoke joinery from our in-house workshop created the striking u-shaped Unicorn Bar, antique mirrored wood panelling, the studded walnut reception desk and custom-made banquette seating.
